Declan White, MC, RCC (Qualifying)
Associate counsellor
Declan works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. He specializes in supporting professionals in high-stress industries and high-achieving students navigating perfectionism and academic pressure.
Arika Lee
Associate counsellor
Arika offers a supportive, client-centred space for individuals across the lifespan. Drawing from her mixed-heritage roots and fitness background, she brings an embodied, culturally attentive lens to her practice, helping clients explore identity, belonging, and self-expression.
Chiharu Yanagawa, RCC, RP(Q)
Associate counsellor
Chiharu has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. Fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, she offers culturally responsive care that honours the diversity of her clients’ backgrounds and identities.
Sydne Smith, MCPAT, RCC
Associate counsellor
Sydne is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Professional Art Therapist. She uses art therapy in her practice not as a separate modality but in conjunction with conversation to support the therapeutic process.
Jordan Beatty
Associate counsellor
Jordan works with youth, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. He specializes in supporting youth and young adults, with depth in trauma and in the early patterns that keep repeating in adult life.
Dr. Christopher Brown, RCC
Clinical Director
My name is Dr. Christopher Brown. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in Vancouver, BC and the clinical director of the Vancouver Therapy Collective.
As a therapist, I strive to support individuals in moving towards finding greater peace in their lives by using a client-centred and developmentally-oriented approach. In my experience, the client-therapist is the key to both growth and change. I look forward to building this connection with you.
Daisy Storey
Practice Manager
Daisy is our practice manager and is responsible for a range of tasks including client intakes, managing schedules, and ensuring the overall positive experience of our counsellors and clients. She plays a critical role in our day to day activities. Daisy also has a background in psychology.
